ROW DTLA

Project Desciption

ROW DTLA, originally a series of warehouses in downtown Los Angeles, has been transformed into approximately a two million-square-foot campus of creative offices, retail shops, and restaurants. Included in the development are more than 20,000-sf of event spaces, over 30,000-sf of art display space, and approximately 5 acres of landscaped open space.

Assembledge+ was the contracting architect for tenant improvements on two of the original historic warehouses (120,000SF) and was responsible for transforming these historically-sensitive spaces into contemporary creative office settings. The objective was to transform the interior spaces into workspaces that were appropriate to the site and its history while keeping intact and embracing certain historical details.
