ROW DTLA
ROW DTLA, originally a series of warehouses in downtown Los Angeles, has been transformed into approximately a two million-square-foot campus of creative offices, retail shops, and restaurants. Included in the development is more than 20,000-sf of event spaces, over 30,000-sf of art display space, and approximately 5 acres of landscaped open space.
Assembledge+ was the contracting architect for tenant improvements on two of the original historic warehouses (120,000SF) and was responsible for transforming these historically-sensitive spaces into contemporary creative office spaces. The objective was to transform the interior spaces into contemporary office settings that were appropriate to the site and its history while keeping intact and embracing certain historical details.
