Construction Commences on the Mariscal House

Assembledge+ finalized demolition and commenced construction on the single-family home – the Mariscal House – located in the Laurel Canyon and originally designed by Gene Loose, Jr. as a part of an architectural commune founded by Loose and seven of his students, all World War II veterans. The renovation will entail circulation improvements, a new facade and finishes, an updated kitchen and opening the living areas to the lush landscape.
