Andrea Klabanova
Director of Marketing and Communications
Andrea brings her unique perspective and international background from Prague, Czech Republic, to her role as a communications professional at Assembledge+.
She kick-started her academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Art Theory from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Seeking to deepen her understanding of the dynamic relationship between design and technology, Andrea pursued a master’s degree in Media, Culture, and Communication at New York University. During her studies, she delved into the fascinating exploration of architecture as a machine through the lens of media.
Prior to joining Assembledge+, Andrea honed her skills and expertise at a public relations agency based in New York City, where she managed PR activities for renowned architecture and design studios, including Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, Ennead, Friedman Benda, and the Rhode Island School of Design. Her valuable contributions extended to notable projects such as the Sydney Modern Project by SANAA. Moreover, Andrea’s passion for engaging and thought-provoking curation led her to curate exhibitions in New York City, where she critically examined the relationship between anthropology and design.
Andrea’s understanding of the architectural and design industry is pivotal in enhancing Assembledge+’s brand presence, fostering meaningful connections in the field, and effectively communicating the firm’s projects to a wider audience.
