Scott Nusinow, AIAProject Architect
Scott is a native Angeleno and alumnus of the University of Southern California School of Architecture, where he graduated cum laude. He has worked across design disciplines and media, with his writing and research, focused primarily on adaptive re-use educational and public facilities in marginalized communities. His experience prior to joining Assembledge+ in 2016 includes the expansion of the campus of Temple Beth Sholom in Santa Ana, CA, which was honored with an AIAOC Merit Award for design excellence.
At Assembledge+, Scott is a project architect working on restaurant design and development with the Cactus Restaurants Group where he collaborates on realizing their design-forward fine dining concepts. He is interested in socially-responsible architecture that engages with and is informed by its surroundings and believes in universal access to well-designed spaces for all people.
