With nearly 10,000 square feet of space, the restaurant features an all-season patio, sushi station, and a dedicated takeout window. The restaurant was designed to create a seamless indoor-outdoor dining experience, with curated views that promote engagement with pedestrian traffic.
Inside, a refined material palette and bespoke millwork evoke the essence of the West Coast Canadian landscape. Rift-cut white oak, oil-rubbed bronze, and dark leather create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the lounge and dining room, while the Dodeca and Bocci fixtures add a touch of sophistication with ambient lighting and sculptural forms.
The operable door system and perimeter glazing allow the patio to expand or close as needed, providing ample fresh air in the warmer months and a warm and inviting atmosphere during the colder months. On the exterior, glass fiber reinforced concrete horizontal slats façade with black aluminum framing and dark fir louvers provide an engaging and materially rich setting for this new ground-up restaurant.
