San Fernando Road
Located adjacent to the LA River and a light rail transit station, San Fernando Road is a study of alternative approaches for the development of a 19-acre parcel for multifamily rental and small-lot single-family housing.
For the project, Assembledge+ prepared a series of land use and site plan options, some of which included adaptive re-use of several existing buildings on the site. In addition to optional density and product type site plan studies, Assembledge+ documented potential development yields for each alternative plan to assist the developer in determining the highest and best use for the property.
